So difficult to express just how important Nan Laura was, I met her over 20 years ago not long after Neil and I first got together..I was immediately welcomed into the family and then when Nei and I moved down to Finchley Road Laura and Tony became regular visitors at our humble little bedsit. I, and Rich, have never felt anything other than 'part of the family' and after losing Nei that was so important to the both of us. In more recent years TJ was 'equally' part of the family and I will be eternally grateful to Laura for her understanding, her love and her support. When I think of Laura I smile, I will miss her funny little sayings, I will miss her 'checking in on us' and I will always have a special place in my heart for the 'matriarch of the Harveys'. I would say Laura deserves to rest in peace but I cannot imagine such a force of nature ever resting...so I will simply say enjoy being free of the shackles and have a ball you lovely, lovely lady. We will always remember you..you never forgot us xxx
